Thank you for shopping at Core 2 Life Products. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates (United States)

FREE standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $4.95.

Delivery times

United States: 7–15 business days after processing. Most of our products ship directly from our global supplier network. Some orders may arrive in separate packages — you will receive tracking for each package.

Tracking

Most orders include tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, email admin@core2lifeproducts.com and we'll investigate with our supplier within 24 hours.

Delays

Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, customs, or high order volume. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the windows above, reach out and we'll make it right.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
