ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

SHIPPING RATES

• FREE standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more (United States).
• - Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $4.95 (United States).

DELIVERY TIMES

• United States: 7-15 business days after processing.
• - Canada and International: 10-20 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs.

Some products ship directly from our supplier network and may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking for every package.

 

TRACKING

Every order includes full tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate immediately.

 

DELAYS

Occasionally carriers experience delays due to weather, customs, or high volume. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the windows above, reach out and we will make it right.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
